As a Business Software Sales and Business Development representative, you will take personal responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for identifying and converting sales targets, including detailed tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and activities including customer presentations, product demonstrations, and closing business.

- Demonstrated “salesmanship” with an in depth understanding of how to move a prospect through the sales cycle
- Work independently and partner effectively to achieve desired business results
- Qualify opportunities and conduct in-person or remote online sales presentations
- Timely and accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting
- Professional, confident, “closer” personality
- Submits standard sales metrics, such as forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress and expense reports on a regular and timely basis
- Leverage client referrals, associations and networking to build sales pipeline
- Works closely with sales management to prioritize opportunities and execute sales strategies to exceed quota expectations

- 4 year college degree
- 2 years related sales experience (business to business or software solution sales experience preferred)
- Problem solving, consultative sales skills
- Proven background of managing a pipeline and meeting revenue objectives
