About the Job
This position is responsible for the execution of sales for software solutions and consulting for new and existing clients. The successful candidate willmanage the complete sales cycle from start to finish: lead generation, identify customer needs, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Also, the chosen candidate must meet the goals of revenue growth,maximize profits and increase market share while exceeding client expectations.
Duties and responsibilities:
Identify new markets and business opportunities, spends approximately 80% of time selling and 20% managing existing clients.
Prospect new software and application development opportunities via cold calls and on-site visits to potential clients.
Initially focus will be on generating a healthy pipeline, with growth; focus will change to building a sales team.
Present to all levels within client organizations including technical teams, C, and VP-level management.
Implement a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of the company’s sales goals and profitability.

7+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years of consulting and technology solutions selling.
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
Experience selling application development services and/or software solutions/products at C-level.
Experience developing and executing strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans required.
